Summary:
Ensures reliability, availability, and operational excellence of enterprise Messaging Collaboration platforms. Partners with Engineering, Security, Networking, and Service Management teams minimize disruptions, automate operational tasks, improve platform health, and continuously enhance the end-user experience across Microsoft 365 environments.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Maintain high availability proactive health checks incident support

- Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms OneDrive

- Configure monitoring, tune alerts, build dashboards, reduce alert fatigue

- PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API - eliminate toil streamline ops

- ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation disaster recovery support

- Cross-functional teamwork incident comms, mentoring post-incident reviews

Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem/Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive

QUALIFICATIONS
8-12+ years in Messaging Collaboration / M365 operations
Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams M365 services
Hybrid Microsoft environments identity services
Strong PowerShell scripting enterprise support experience
Bachelor''s in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
