Accenture s Business Transformation team focuses on driving digital and process transformation in finance and accounting operations, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to achieve significant business outcomes. The role involves managing finance transformation projects, engaging with clients, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver future-ready operations.

- In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management.

- Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable sustainable growth.

What are we looking for
- Bachelor s degree and MBA from a premier institute.

- The role requires 8, 10 years of experience in operations, consulting,



and digital transformation in finance and accounting domains, consulting experience with senior client leadership, and certifications like Lean Six Sigma. Strong knowledge of O2C, RTR,PTP, ERP systems (SAP,Oracle), value stream mapping, automation opportunities, and digital technologies is essential. Engage with clients on driving Automation as a strategic enabler and conveying the components of RPA Cognition (AL, ML), governance model, RACI matrix, roles required,

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The position entails managing finance and accounting transformation, evangelizing business transformation solutions, creating customer-focused end-to-end transformation solutions, and accelerating digital and intelligent operations through innovative technologies and process expertise. It also involves client engagement on automation strategies and governance models.

- Performance measures: Success is measured by generating a healthy pipeline of business transformation proposals, timely customer engagement and support, maintaining transformation assets and client value metrics, and improving productivity and working capital in captives and retained organizations.
