Hi,

We are hiring for a T24 Developer & Techno-Functional professional for a leading Microfinance Company.

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Department: IT
Reporting To: DGM

CTC: up to 24 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and support T24 R19 and above / TAFJ applications.
- Handle T24 application and interface support.
- Develop and maintain T24 applications, versions, inquiries and routines.
- Monitor COB services and support performance tuning.
- Develop APIs and integrations using TWS and IRIS.
- Work on T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA), particularly loan processing.
- Handle L1/L2/L3 support, issue analysis and root-cause identification.
- Support environment setup and interface development.
- Work with IF, IRIS, DLM, OFS and T24 Transact modules.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and vendors.

Candidate Requirements

- 810 years of relevant T24 experience.




- Strong hands-on experience in T24 R19 / R19+ and TAFJ.
- Experience in T24 Application & Interface Support.
- Strong Core Banking knowledge.
- Experience in COB support and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of APIs and Integration Framework (IF).
- Good understanding of AA, IRIS, DLM, OFS and T24 Transact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduation in B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc preferred.
