- Resolve traveler issues quickly and effectively and manage unexpected situations.
- Ensure guest safety, security and overall travel experience.
- Manage vendor communication, follow-ups and relationships.
- Continuously update, improve and develop itineraries and travel products for our website.
- Support the wider sales, operations and product teams as required.
