Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation.
- Monitor patients for any changes in their condition and report concerns promptly.
- Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medication, treatment, hygiene, and general health.
- Handle medical equipment safely and appropriately.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.




- Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.

Required Qualifications

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
- Relevant nursing experience preferred; freshers may also be considered based on requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including day/night shifts where required.
