Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and drive VAS sales (Retail Finance, RC Transfer, and other Seller services) by leading a team of telecalling executives and maximizing revenue
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive performance of the VAS/ Reveue telecalling team
- Ensure daily and monthly achievement of revenue targets (Finance, RC Transfer, seller paid subscriptions & other services)
- Drive higher attachment rate of VAS on Retail closures and Paid Packages on Seller Listings
- Coach team on VAS pitching, objection handling, and conversion techniques
- Monitor daily performance and improve conversion from Retail to VAS
- Collaborate with Retail team to ensure seamless handover for VAS pitching
- Track and improve team productivity (calls, talk time, conversions)
- Maintain discipline on CRM updates and process adherence
- Handle escalations and support team in closing high-value opportunities
- Work on document collection to ensure smooth end to end process for VAS
Required Skills
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Experience in team handling and coaching
- Good understanding of marketplace platform having value added services for vehicles & seller paid subscriptions (preferred)
- Robust objection-handling and negotiation ability
- Target-driven mindset with focus on revenue
Eligibility
- Graduate with 3 - 7 years of experience
- Experience in tele calling / inside sales / VAS / sales closures/ financial products preferred
- Prior team handling experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada or Tamil. Need at least one between Tamil or Kannada language.

- Conversion rate (Retail to VAS)
- Seller Listing to Paid Subscriptions
- Team productivity and target achievement
