- Manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Develop and implement effective production plans to achieve optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Analyze data to monitor performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPIs.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in iron & steel industry or related field.
- Solid understanding of production control, planning, and scheduling principles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.
