Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP COE projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex SAP projects, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.

- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Provide training and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Robust experience in SAP COE, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.

- Experience working with Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd or similar companies is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
