- Design and develop efficient production lines to meet customer demands using lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product layouts, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct line balancing studies to ensure effective allocation of resources and personnel.
- Implement process improvements through continuous monitoring and analysis of production processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of industrial engineering concepts such as layout planning, process engineering, and line balancing.
- Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in creating detailed designs for production lines using software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
