Cluster Manager/ Head - Direct Channel
Kolkata | L2 Level | CTC up to 15 LPA
We are looking for a strong sales leader from Direct/ Alternate/ DSF/ Agency Channel to manage 24 units and drive cluster-level business growth, productivity and team capability for a reputed Life Insurance company.
What you will own:
• Lead and develop a team of 2025+ sales professionals
• Drive sales, revenue and productivity across the cluster
• Coach teams through joint calls, performance reviews and field support
• Monitor leads, sales activity, renewals and persistency
• Build capacity and identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure compliance, customer-centricity and operational efficiency
What were looking for:
Graduate; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience managing multiple units in Life Insurance / BFSI
Strong leadership, sales execution and analytical skills
Good understanding of digital platforms & CRM tools
Solid customer orientation and communication skills
