Job Role- Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Jaipur, Mohali & Gurgaon

Working mode: WFO

Working days: 6 days a week

Role & responsibilities

- 1+ years in Talent Acquisition with min 6 months in F&A; domain hiring
- Prior experience in specialized recruitment and bulk hiring
- Robust knowledge in Sourcing (From Portal/Social Media)
- Comfortable in doing cold calling and align 10-15 interviews daily
- Collecting & reviewing applications to shortlist right candidates.
- Posting/publishing available vacancies on major job posting sites.
