Genpact Walk-in Interview for HRO role || Noida || 22nd August 2026 (Saturday)

**Work location: Noida(Only work from office)

- Walk-in Venue: Pegasus Two, Plot No. A 8A, Sector 132, Noida, U.P. 201304
- Graduation: Any graduate
- Experience: 3+ years (in Employee life cycle, global mobility services, human resource operations)
- Shifts: ANZ

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth start within the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Support employee offboarding activities,



including conducting exit interviews.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

- Any graduate is eligible (Except law)
- Candidates with 3-8years of experience in Human resource operations role are eligible
