Job Title: Senior Manager / AVP ECM Execution (Equity Capital Markets)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ECM Execution skilled to lead and manage the execution of Mainboard Equity Capital Market transactions. The role requires extensive experience in handling IPOs and other capital market transactions, managing multiple stakeholders, driving transaction timelines, and ensuring seamless execution from mandate to listing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of Mainboard ECM transactions, including:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPO)
- Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP)
- Offer for Sale (OFS)
- Follow-on Public Offers (FPO)
- Rights Issues
- Preferential Allotments

- Manage transaction timelines and coordinate with issuers, legal counsels, auditors, registrars, syndicate members, stock exchanges, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive due diligence processes and ensure timely completion of all transaction deliverables.
- Review and coordinate preparation of DRHPs, RHPs, offer documents, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with Securities and Exchange Board of India, National Stock Exchange of India,



and BSE Limited on transaction-related matters.
- Work closely with Origination, Syndication, Institutional Sales, Research, and other internal teams to facilitate successful transaction execution.
- Manage multiple live deals simultaneously while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide execution guidance across transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA with strong ECM execution experience.
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets Execution.
- Proven experience in executing Mainboard IPOs and other ECM transactions.
- Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, listing regulations, due diligence requirements, and transaction documentation.
- Experience managing interactions with promoters, CFOs, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and regulators.
- Ability to independently manage transaction workstreams and execution processes.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
