We are hiring Finance Manager

Experience: 8- 10 years | Qualification: CA Semi-qualified preferred |

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced finance qualified with strong hands-on expertise in financial reporting, accounting, audit and month-end closing. Candidates with 34 years of experience in a reputed audit firm along with relevant industry experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage month-end/year-end closing, TB scrutiny and preparation/review of financial statements and accounting schedules.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations, consolidation and financial reporting across entities.
- Conduct financial review, variance and trend analysis, identifying key movements and accounting issues.
- Coordinate statutory/internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and resolution of audit queries.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of accounting records and financial reporting.




- Support process improvements and management reporting using NetSuite and advanced Excel.

Desired Profile

- 810 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.
- CA Semi-qualified preferred.
- Strong audit background, preferably 3–4 years with a reputed audit firm.
- In-depth knowledge of financial statements, TB scrutiny, closing, reconciliation, consolidation, and audit.
- Experience in multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction accounting, with exposure to US and UK accounting.
- Hands-on experience in payroll reconciliation, including payroll-related GLs and liabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Exposure to Oracle NetSuite preferred.
- Good communication and ability to independently manage accounting and reporting activities.
