- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person for networking issues related to Cisco devices.
- Troubleshoot complex network problems using tools such as Wireshark and Network Monitoring software.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated issues and implement solutions.
- Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
Job Requirements :
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent experience in networking.
- 6-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of BGP routing protocols and Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers).
- Experience working with various operating systems including Windows, Linux, Unix.
