Job Title: Chartered Accountant Fresher (ICAI)

Reporting to: CFO

We are looking for a dedicated Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team at Group Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Fresher Chartered Accountant (ICAI) to join our Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting key financial functions including accounting, audit, taxation, budgeting, and reporting. This role provides excellent learning opportunities and growth opportunities for a newly qualified CA.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Conduct internal audits and support external audit requirements.

Work on GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance and filings.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.



Support month-end and year –end closing activities.

Prepare reconciliations, MIS reports, and financial presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance operations.

Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and other regulatory updates.

Required skills

Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting and ERP knowledge – Added advantage

Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) – 2025-26 pass-out preferred.
