Business Analyst (Multi-Disciplinary Tech Solutions)

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical bridge between our diverse clientele and our multidisciplinary internal development teams. You will operate at the intersection of traditional IT, cutting-edge AI product development, and tech-driven learning solutions. Your mission is to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring that every solutionwhether a custom analytics dashboard or a global tech-training platform—is strategically sound and flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Engineering & Documentation

- Lead discovery sessions with clients to extract and define core business objectives and technical constraints.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for Traditional IT, AI-integrated, and Analytics area.
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) to ensure stakeholder alignment.

2. Solution Collaboration & Presentation

- Collaborate with the solutioning and design teams to lay down robust solution models and strategic proposals.
- Design high-impact PPT decks and visual models to represent complex business requirements and proposed technical architectures to C-suite stakeholders.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for proposed AI and IT interventions.

3. Cross-Functional Project Support

- Internal Liaison: Act as the primary technical bridge between in-house Dev, AI, and Analytics teams to clarify requirements and manage project scope.
- Ecosystem Synergy:



Coordinate across specialized units to ensure data consistency and identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights into traditional IT deployments.
- Validation & Quality: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure technical deliverables align with the client’s original business vision and strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or a specialized certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) is a significant plus.
- Experience: 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a tech services or consulting environment.
- Domain Exposure: Proven track record of working on diverse projects ranging from traditional software development (SDLC) to AI/Machine Learning and Data Analytics.

Ability to look beyond the immediate "ask" and contribute to shaping scalable solution approaches..
