Job Title: Project Engineer (HVAC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to manage HVAC project execution from installation through testing, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site coordination, project planning, billing management, subcontractor supervision, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete execution of HVAC projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and track client billing schedules and project invoices.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and other project personnel.
- Manage manpower deployment and site resources efficiently.
- Monitor and control subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.




- Ensure successful commissioning and client handover of completed HVAC systems.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning procedures.
- Experience in project planning, billing, and subcontractor management.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management documentation.
