Key Responsibilities:

A. Financial Management:

1. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

2. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.

3. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to stakeholders.

B. Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and multi-year financial plans.

2. Develop cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity to support real estate project financing.

C. Compliance and Risk Management:

1. Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, corporate laws, and accounting standards.

2. Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.

3. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

D. Real Estate-Specific Duties:

Monitor construction budgets, project profitability, and cost variances for real estate developments.

2. Track real estate market trends to optimize financial planning and investment strategies.

3. Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) or equivalent local regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

2. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate sector.

3. Technical Skills:

- Solid knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar ERP systems).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills.
