- Develop and implement CSR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand image.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of focus for corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Manage relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and other external partners to drive impactful projects.
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CSR activities.
Job Requirements :
- 12-18 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles, policies, and best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful CSR programs.
- Excellent communication skills for building solid relationships with stakeholders.
