We are looking for an L1 Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team.
Location: India (Offshore)
Shift: 247 rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Skills Required
- ServiceNow Incident Management
- Dynatrace / LogicMonitor / Azure Monitor or similar monitoring tools
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & Routing
- Infrastructure/NOC operations and alert monitoring
- First-level troubleshooting and runbook-based recovery
- Positive written and verbal communication for coordination with US-based teams
Nice to Have
- Azure / AZ-900
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
- PowerShell
- Experience supporting US-based clients
Role Overview
The role involves alert monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, ServiceNow ticket management, AD support, health checks, shift handovers, and escalation to L1.5.
