- Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate non-litigation contracts to meet business objectives while minimizing risk.
- Conduct thorough research on legal matters related to real estate transactions, providing expert opinions and advice to stakeholders.
- Vetting third-party contractors' agreements for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company goals.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in Contract Management or a related field (Real Estate industry preferred).
- Solid skills in contract drafting, review, negotiation, vetting, and management.
- Excellent Legal Research skills with the ability to analyze complex laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of providing sound legal opinions that balance business needs against potential risks.
