About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Robotics Product Developer / R&D; Engineer to work closely with our AI & Robotics Trainer and develop innovative, hands-on robotics kits for schools, colleges, training programs and STEM education.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, prototyping and testing new robotics kits, integrating electronics, sensors, microcontrollers and AI-based features, and converting ideas into working prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop new educational robotics kits and robotic prototypes.
- Work closely with the AI & Robotics Trainer to convert training concepts into practical kits.
- Select and integrate sensors, motors, actuators, microcontrollers and electronic components.
- Develop firmware and control programs for robotics projects.
- Work with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms.
- Develop robotics projects using Python / C / C++.
- Integrate basic AI, Machine Learning and Computer Vision features where required.
- Create and test prototypes, troubleshoot hardware/software issues and improve designs.
- Prepare circuit diagrams, BOM, technical documentation and assembly instructions.
- Design projects suitable for different student levels and educational programs.
- Research new robotics technologies, components and educational applications.
- Support the trainer during demonstrations,



workshops and pilot testing of new kits.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on knowledge of Robotics and Electronics.
- Experience with Arduino / ESP32 / Raspberry Pi or similar boards.
- Good programming knowledge in Python and/or C/C++.
- Understanding of sensors, motors, motor drivers, communication protocols and basic embedded systems.
- Knowledge of robotics mechanisms and basic mechanical design.
- Ability to build and troubleshoot working prototypes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for developing innovative educational technology products.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of AI/ML and Computer Vision.
- Experience with OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with PCB design.
- Knowledge of CAD tools such as Fusion 360 / SolidWorks.
- Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
- Previous experience developing STEM/Robotics educational kits.
- Experience working with school/college robotics projects.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/M.Tech in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, ECE, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or a related field.

Candidates with strong practical robotics projects may also be considered irrespective of specialization.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not only a programmer but a hands-on builder — someone who can take an idea from concept circuit coding prototype working robotics kit.

Candidates with GitHub/project portfolio, robotics prototypes or previous kit-development experience will be preferred.
