Role & responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end procurement of medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, pet products, equipment, and operational supplies across Vetic locations.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and performance to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, consumption trends, and replenishment cycles to prevent stock outs and excess inventory.
- Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Clinic teams to ensure seamless procurement planning and execution.

What were looking for:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.

• Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Good understanding of procurement operations.

• Proficiency in Excel

• Highly execution-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or startup environments is preferred.
