Job Title: CSR Executive

Reporting To: CSR-Head/ CSR-Manager/ CSR-Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Implementation: Execute CSR projects and

initiatives in line with company values and sustainability

goals.

• Project Management: Plan and oversee CSR activities,

including community development, environmental

sustainability, and philanthropy.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with nonprofits,

NGOs, community leaders, and internal teams.

• Reporting & Compliance: Monitor, measure, and report on

the impact of CSR programs (e.g., ESG metrics, Social

Return on Investment) and Preparation of MoM.

• Communications: Represent the company at CSR-related

events, conferences, and through internal/external

communication channels.





• Data Analysis: Monitor & evaluate large data sets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, business administration,

sustainability, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, community

engagement, or CSR.

• Solid communication, networking, and relationship

management skills.

• Knowledge of CSR environmental, Social, and Governance

(ESG) reporting, legislation, and ethical practices.

• Comfortable is using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple programs and responsibilities.
