EXECUTIVE SALES CUM STORES COORDINATOR
Location: Recent Delhi
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred
Experience: 2–8 years in Sales Coordination / Stores Coordination / Order Processing / FMCG / Food & Beverage industry preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries and customer orders through calls and emails
- Process sales orders in ERP/system
- Coordinate with Sales, Stores and Finance teams
- Assist with RFQs and prepare/send quotations
- Coordinate stock availability and order fulfilment
- Communicate stock-related updates to the Sales Team and customers
- Support smooth order processing and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain required MIS and reports
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Advanced Excel
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proactive and problem-solving approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Maximum Net Take-Home: 25,000 – 30,000 per month
The offered compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, overall suitability and interview performance.
