Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Owner / Team Lead to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery governance across one or more business-critical product portfolios. The ideal candidate will lead and coach a team of Product Owners, partner closely with business, technology, UX, data, and operations stakeholders, and ensure product backlogs are aligned to customer needs, commercial priorities, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder management, agile delivery leadership, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritized, and execution-ready product work.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead product ownership across one or more business-critical product portfolios, ensuring clear product vision, roadmap alignment, and execution discipline.
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Product Owners to drive consistent backlog quality, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, UX, data, operations, and delivery stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives.
- Own roadmap planning, prioritization, dependency management, and release readiness across products, features, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, measurable, and aligned to customer needs, business value, regulatory considerations, and technical feasibility.
- Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder reviews,



and delivery governance in partnership with Scrum Masters and engineering leads.
- Define and monitor product success metrics, adoption indicators, delivery KPIs, and business outcome measures to continuously improve product performance.
- Identify product risks, delivery blockers, scope conflicts, and stakeholder misalignment, and proactively drive resolution through structured decision-making.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant product certification is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, digital transformation, business analysis, or agile delivery roles.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring Product Owners, Business Analysts, or cross-functional product teams in an agile workplace.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, user story definition, acceptance criteria, and release management.
- Hands-on experience working with agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or scaled agile operating models.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, manage competing priorities, and communicate product direction clearly across business and technology audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define product KPIs, evaluate business value, interpret user needs, and support data-driven prioritization.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with a strong focus on customer value and measurable business outcomes.
