KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Achieve Slimming sales and execution targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure excellent customer service, follow-ups, satisfaction, and timely package completion.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the Slimming team.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor client progress, treatment quality, and corrective actions.
- Manage equipment, stock, product usage, FIFO, cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate with Corporate for technical support, stock, promotions, and operations.
