Role & responsibilities

- 4-6 years of data center roles recruitment experience.
- Prior experience hiring for Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, MEP, EPC, Construction, Facilities Management, or Engineering roles.
- Experience in corporate recruitment, executive search, staffing, or consulting firms.
- Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of technical hiring and engineering skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred candidate profile

- Hiring for Data Centers, Renewable Energy, Power, EPC, Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or Critical Infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of engineering and infrastructure talent markets.
- Experience in stakeholder management and volume as well as niche hiring.
