Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client/job requirements and create sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Ensure timely closure of positions
- Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations
- Adhere to turnaround time (TAT) and quality metrics
