Role Overview
The Wealth Operations professional will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operational execution, accurate revenue tracking, MIS reporting, billing coordination, and system updates across wealth products. The role requires close collaboration with Relationship Managers, internal teams, and vendors to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Wealth Operations & System Management
Daily downloading, validation, and uploading of Mutual Fund data in internal systems (Miles / MITR or equivalent).
Ensure timely and accurate transaction, client, and revenue data updates across systems.
Maintain high data accuracy and system hygiene.
2. Revenue Validation & Income Tracking
Cross-check revenue across products and ensure correct revenue tagging.
Identify, track, and resolve revenue discrepancies.
Monitor income trends and escalate shortfalls proactively.
3. Billing & Vendor Management
Coordinate billing activities for Wealth and allied business verticals.
Handle vendor onboarding, vendor code creation, and payment coordination.
Ensure billing accuracy in line with approvals and timelines.
4. MIS & Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,
and monthly MIS for Wealth business.
Share validated business MIS with internal stakeholders.
Support management with analytical and operational reports.
5. Stakeholder & RM Coordination
Act as an operational support partner to Wealth Relationship Managers.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Service.
Resolve operational queries and ensure timely closures.
6. Compliance & Accuracy
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process adherence.
Support audits, reconciliations, and internal reviews.
Ensure operational processes align with internal policies.
7. Ad-hoc & Process Improvement
Support additional operational requirements as assigned by management.
Contribute to process improvements for better efficiency and control.

1. Strong understanding of Wealth Operations (MF, PMS, AIF preferred)
