We are a product startup building modern SaaS products for global markets. We are looking for a self starter Full Stack Developer with a growth and entrepreneurial mindset who will work closely with the core team to build, ship, and scale our first products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and building real products from the ground up.

This is a hands on engineering role with a lot of responsibility and impact. You will not just write code, you will help shape the product, make technical decisions, and see your work go live with real users.

What you will do

- Build and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js and Express.js
- Design MongoDB schemas and write productive queries, aggregations and indexes
- Integrate and maintain payment gateways (Stripe and Razorpay) checkout flows, webhooks, refunds, subscriptions and reconciliation
- Build secure REST APIs with proper authentication, input validation and error handling
- Develop server-rendered and statically generated pages in Next.js (SSR / SSG / API routes)
- Debug production issues, monitor logs and fix root causes rather than symptoms
- Participate in code reviews and keep the codebase clean, consistent and documented
- Collaborate with design and product to translate requirements into shipped features

Required Skills

- JavaScript (ES6+) strong fundamentals: async/await, promises, closures, error handling
- PostgreSQL relational modelling, joins, transactions
- AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront or RDS
- Node.js + Express.js building production APIs, middleware, authentication (JWT / sessions)
- React.js hooks, component architecture, state management, performance basics
- Next.js — routing, SSR/SSG, API routes, deployment
- MongoDB — schema design, aggregation pipeline, indexing, Mongoose
- Payment gateways — hands-on integration experience with Stripe and Razorpay, including webhook handling and signature verification
- Git — branching, pull requests, code review workflow





Nice to have

- TypeScript
- CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Experience with Chrome extensions or browser automation

Ideal Candidate

- 2 to 4 years of hands on experience in Full Stack Development with experience of working on AWS
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React.js (or similar modern front end framework)
- Backend experience using Node.js, Python, or equivalent server side technologies
- Expert in REST APIs, authentication, and API integrations
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience in building production ready features, not just prototypes
- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment with minimal hand holding
- Solid problem solving skills and ability to debug issues independently
- Ability to diagnose a problem before writing code
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, async setup
- Clear written communication — you can explain a bug and its cause without hand-waving
- Ownership mindset: you follow a feature through to production and watch how it behaves
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
