Role & responsibilities

- Label Artworks compliance: Regulatory compliance of Products and Labels with respect to FSSR & Legal Metrology
- Develop products in compliance with FSSAI regulation
- Licensing and Registration: Modification or renewal FSSAI licenses, Halal Certification and documentation preparation.
- Handling and managing customer complaints related to FSSAI regulations
- Conducting nutritional testing food products portfolio and routine nutritional analysis for current product launches in coordination with the labs.
- Regulatory Audit To conduct regulatory audit (LM and FSSAI) to validate product and label compliance.
- Act as Regulatory champion for Nutraceuticals, leading and coordinating all regulatory strategies and topics related to Nutraceuticals




- Anticipate regulatory obstacles and emerging issues throughout the product lifecycle and develop solutions with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage regulatory interactions with external stakeholders: distributors, consultants and partners
- Support process improvements, SOPs and implementation of best practices

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Nutraceuticals regulatory is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, proof reading skills and MS Office skills mandatory.
- Possesses logical, analytical and verbal skills
- Good team work, Independent and committed to work across functional departments
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret governmental regulations and reports, scientific or clinical publication and data.
