Job Summary
Dulla & Associates is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Production Manager to oversee the complete production
operations of our furniture manufacturing unit. The ideal
candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent
production planning abilities, and the capability to manage
manpower, quality, inventory, and factory operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day production and factory operations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to achieve
daily and monthly production targets.
• Supervise production staff and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company
standards.

• Monitor raw materials, inventory, and stock management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Dispatch, and Sales
departments.
• Prepare production reports, operational records, and
documentation.
• Optimize machine utilization and reduce production
downtime.
• Ensure workplace safety and quality standards are
maintained.
• Train, guide, and motivate the production team.




• Implement continuous process improvements to increase
productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.
Required Skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent production planning and organizational abilities.
• Sound knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes.
• Experience in inventory and production management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to independently manage complete factory
operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Furniture
Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in handling complete production operations and
manpower.
• Candidates from Modular Furniture, Office Furniture,
Wooden Furniture, Steel Furniture, or Interior
Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented professional.

related to factory operations.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues to
ensure uninterrupted production.

Ensure timely preventive maintenance of factory equipment, utilities,
and infrastructure.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained factory workplace.
