About the job

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented stylist to join our team, ensuring that our products are presented in the most appealing way possible to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for trends and extensive hands-on experience in high-volume, fast-paced studio environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-set styling: Style outfits for model shoots, flat lays, and still-life product imagery.
2. Product preparation: Steam, pin, and prepare garments/products to achieve the perfect fit and look.
3. Brand consistency: Adhere strictly to the brand's style guide to maintain uniform product presentation across all platforms.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, art directors, and talent to deliver high-quality, on-brand imagery.
5. Trend knowledge: Research and incorporate current fashion trends and consumer behavior into styling choices.
6. Efficient workflow: Manage time effectively to meet high daily shoot targets.

Other requirements

A. Requirements:

1. Experience:



2–4 years of experience as an e-commerce stylist or fashion stylist, preferably in a studio setting/ Freshers / Interns also welcome.

2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating styling skills for fashion, retail, or e-commerce.

3. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong knowledge of garment construction, and familiarity with studio lighting/angles.

4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field (preferred).

5. Software: Knowledge of basic photo-editing software (Photoshop/Lightroom).

B. Core competencies:

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

2. Strong organizational and communication skills.

3. Creative and detail-oriented approach to visual storytelling.
