QSET is a Pune-based IT services and staff augmentation company working with global clients including Optum, NIQ, Johnson & Johnson, and Thermo Fisher. We place senior engineers across UK, Europe, US, India and UAE within 10 days.

We are hiring a part time SDR who has real outbound experience in IT staffing and can commit 4 to 8 solid hours every weekday to generate qualified leads.

You Will Do
Build targeted lead lists of companies actively hiring engineers in UK, Europe, and US, India.
Run daily cold email and LinkedIn outreach to CTOs and Engineering Managers
Book 10 to 20 qualified discovery calls per month minimum
Follow up on positive replies and qualify leads before handing to founder
Update CRM with all lead activity weekly

You Must Have
1 to 5 years SDR experience in IT services or staff augmentation — mandatory
Comfortable running outreach independently with minimal guidance
Robust written English for international client communication
Used Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Instantly personally
Available minimum 4 to 8 hours per day between 10 AM and 7 PM IST
