About the Role
Zade Infra Builders LLP by Altland Group is looking for a Tele Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide customers with relevant project information.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property/project options.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.




Follow up with customers after site visits to support sales conversion.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
0–3 years of experience in tele-sales, telecalling, inside sales, real estate, or customer handling.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Valuable command of English and Hindi; Punjabi would be an advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
