The Role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join the Founder’s Office , working directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on role where you will work across strategy, finance, business planning, analytics, investor conversations and cross-functional execution .
You will be expected to take ambiguous business problems, structure them, build the required analysis, and drive them through to execution.
The right person is financially rigorous, commercially minded, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of operating as a strong thought partner to the founders.
What You Will Work On
Strategy & Business Planning
Work closely with founders on annual and quarterly planning and track execution against key priorities.
Build business cases for current markets, pricing, product investments and strategic initiatives.
Analyse business performance and provide clear recommendations on what is working, what is not, and where the company should focus.
Drive cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition to execution.
Finance & Business Analytics
Build financial models for strategic decisions, including unit economics, scenario planning, revenue projections and investment cases.
Own and track key operating and business metrics used by the leadership team.
Analyse revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and business performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and business performance.
Investor & Board Support
Support fundraising preparation, investor updates and due diligence alongside the founders.
Prepare board materials, financial analyses and investor communications.
Support the founders in discussions with investors, strategic partners and customers through data-backed analysis.
Build presentations and business cases for important strategic conversations.
Ai Efficiency & Org-Wide Initiatives




Identify opportunities to use AI to improve internal workflows, reporting and operational efficiency.
Drive cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams.
Work with product and engineering teams on internal tools, experiments and early-stage initiatives where required.
Help the founders identify and execute initiatives that can materially improve the company's scale and efficiency.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of experience .
Prior experience in a B2B startup is strongly preferred.
Experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Business Finance, FP&A;, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or a similar role.
Direct experience working with founders or senior leadership in a high-growth environment.
Strong financial modelling and business analysis skills.
Competencies
Strong financial and analytical rigour. You can build models from scratch and turn analysis into clear business recommendations.
Structured problem-solving ability with comfort working on ambiguous problems.
Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect financial metrics with business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
High ownership and self-direction — you identify what needs to be done and drive it to completion.
Comfortable with shifting priorities and fast-paced startup environments.
Curious about technology and excited to explore how AI can improve business operations.
Ability to work across functions and influence teams without relying on formal authority.
