About the Role

Wolfable is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries and markets.

You will work across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing campaigns for clients in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, and other B2B and B2C businesses.

This role is not just about running ads. We are looking for someone who understands the complete performance journey, from audience and keyword research to creative strategy, landing page experience, conversion tracking, optimisation, and reporting.

Success in this role means consistently improving campaign performance, generating quality leads, identifying opportunities, and communicating actionable insights to the internal team.

Responsibilities :

Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion campaigns
Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market research
Develop campaign structures based on client objectives and target audiences
Monitor and optimise CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS , and other performance metrics
Analyse lead quality rather than focusing only on the number of leads generated




Work closely with designers and content teams to develop performance focused ad creatives and copy
Recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion journeys
Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
Build remarketing and retargeting audiences
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies
Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple client accounts
Prepare clear monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Identify underperforming campaigns early and proactively recommend solutions
Stay updated with changes across Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI driven advertising, and performance marketing

Qualifications:

Robust practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to understand campaign data and turn it into actionable decisions
Understanding of landing pages, conversion optimisation, and customer journeys
Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts simultaneously
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take ownership of campaign performance and deadlines
Agency experience will be an advantage
Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus
