- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and virtualization and storage technologies.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients after the initial sale, acting as a key point of contact for post-sales support.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Commvault, Veeam ,VSAN )
