Experience: 6+ Years | Level: Junior/Mid

Key Responsibilities

- Quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimation & rate analysis
- Preparation & verification of RA bills (client & subcontractors)
- Vendor bill checking, payment certification & service entry sheets
- Contract drafting, review & administration (agreements, NDAs, etc.)
- Tracking variations, preparing claims & extra work proposals
- Site verification, material reconciliation & billing accuracy checks
- MIS reporting and coordination with accounts & project teams

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential & commercial projects
- Robust knowledge of estimation, billing & contract management

Work Location: Tathawade Pune

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
