Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development with business goals and project timelines.
Must have:
7+ years of experience working as a front-end engineer
3+ year experience working with React.js + JavaScript or TypeScript
3+ year experience working with Node.js
Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS
Experience with DevSecOps practices like continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) or source code version control (e.g., Git).
Building, deploying docker
Integration of application wityh OS (Linux)
Should have:
Experience with microservice architecture
Working with REST /GraphQL api
Experience with Atlassian stack of tools for agile software development (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Valuable communication and collaboration skills, and ability to collaborate with other teams to develop solutions.
Demonstrates growth mindset and ability to work with enterprise teams.
