About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on CCTV, IP-PBX & Networking Technician who can independently handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and AMC-related activities at client sites.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in IP/Analog CCTV, NVR/DVR, LAN networking, routers, switches, PoE, structured cabling, and IP-PBX/EPABX systems.

Mandatory Skills

CCTV & Surveillance

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
- IP Camera and Analog Camera installation
- DVR/NVR installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- IP camera addition/configuration in NVR
- Hikvision, Dahua or equivalent CCTV systems
- Remote/mobile CCTV viewing configuration
- CCTV power supply and connectivity troubleshooting

Networking

- Strong understanding of basic TCP/IP networking
- IP addressing, subnetting and gateway configuration
- Router and switch configuration
- PoE switch configuration
- LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- CAT5e/CAT6 cable installation and termination
- RJ45 crimping and LAN cable testing
- Basic Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting

IP-PBX / EPABX

- Installation and configuration of IP-PBX/EPABX systems
- IP phone/extension configuration
- Basic understanding of SIP
- Troubleshooting IP phone registration and connectivity
- Basic understanding of VoIP





Field & Service Skills

- Ability to independently handle client-site installation and troubleshooting
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- AMC/service-call handling
- Ability to identify hardware and network faults
- Good customer communication
- Willingness to travel to client locations

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with fiber optic cable and basic fiber termination/testing
- Knowledge of OTDR and optical power meter
- Experience with access control systems
- Biometric attendance systems
- Video door phones/intercom systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Wi-Fi access points
- Basic server/networking knowledge
- Basic Windows/Linux troubleshooting
- Experience with CCTV VMS software
- Knowledge of VLANs and managed switches
- Basic knowledge of network security
- Experience with AMC documentation and service reports

Preferred Qualification

- Undergraduate qualification preferred
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / equivalent technical qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, Electrical/Electronics or a related field
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience may also be considered irrespective of formal specialization.

Experience

Minimum: 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in CCTV, networking, IP-PBX/EPABX, security systems or related field-service roles.

Pay: ₹161,326.01 - ₹200,000.00 per year
