- Handle existing client relationships and regular follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel databases
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, Accounts, and Service teams
- Identify repeat-business and recent sales opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate for timely solutions
- Prepare daily/weekly client follow-up reports
- Arrange customer meetings and site visits
- Collect customer feedback and maintain long-term relationships
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
