Job Title: 3D Artist – VR & Real-Time VisualizationJob Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Artist with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modeling, CAD model optimization, and VR-ready asset creation. You will be responsible for transforming engineering and product designs into highly optimized, interactive 3D assets for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Digital Twin, simulation, and real-time applications using Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, low-poly, and optimized 3D models for VR, AR, and real-time applications.
- Convert CAD models (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Inventor, etc.) into game-ready assets.
- Perform mesh cleanup, retopology, UV unwrapping, and texture optimization.
- Develop realistic materials using PBR workflows.
- Optimize models, textures, and scenes to achieve high performance on VR platforms.
- Create interactive environments and scenes in Unreal Engine.
- Set up lighting, materials, collisions, and Level of Detail (LOD) for real-time rendering.
- Create product visualization, industrial environments, training simulations, and digital twins.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver immersive VR experiences.
- Ensure assets meet quality, performance, and technical requirements.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest VR, Unreal Engine, and 3D visualization technologies.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in 3D modeling and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5.
- Experience converting CAD data into optimized real-time models.
- Knowledge of retopology, UV mapping, baking, and texture creation.




- Understanding of PBR materials, shaders, and lighting workflows.
- Experience in model optimization for VR and real-time rendering.
- Familiarity with polygon reduction, mesh optimization, and Level of Detail (LOD) generation.
- Knowledge of FBX, OBJ, GLTF/GLB, and other 3D asset formats.
- Understanding of VR performance optimization techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with VR/AR application development.
- Knowledge of animation and rigging.
- Experience with motion graphics and product animation.
- Familiarity with RealityCapture, photogrammetry, or 3D scanning workflows.
- Basic understanding of Unreal Engine Blueprints.
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or architectural visualization projects.
- Knowledge of Git or version control systems.
- Understanding of Digital Twin and simulation workflows.

- Unreal Engine 5
- Blender / Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max
- Adobe Substance 3D Painter
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Inventor (preferred)
- RealityCapture or similar tools (preferred)
