- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.

- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.

- Maintain positive communication and customer relationships.

- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

- Update customer information and call details in the system.

- Achieve basic quality and performance targets.

Eligibility

- Education: HSC / Graduate

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills required.

- Basic computer knowledge.
