Data Analyst Executive / Sr Exexutive for Crystal Works Sainik Farms Near Saket New Delhi 110062

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who is proficient in Google Sheets, MIS reporting, dashboards, Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI tracking, and AI-based automation.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate business data, preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, developing management dashboards, monitoring employee and business KPIs, and automating repetitive reporting processes using Google Workspace and AI tools.

- Key Responsibilities1. MIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate and updated business databases.
- Track sales, operations, attendance, productivity, recruitment, and other business performance metrics.
- Identify data errors, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Provide timely reports to management for decision-making.
- 2. Google Sheets & DashboardCreate advanced Google Sheets for MIS and business reporting.
- Develop interactive dashboards using formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, filters, and data validation.
- Maintain real-time management dashboards.
- Use functions such as QUERY, FILTER, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, IF/IFS, SUMIFS and COUNTIFS.
- Consolidate data from multiple Google Sheets and sources.
- 3. PMS & KPI ManagementDevelop and maintain Performance Management System (PMS) trackers.
- Define and monitor employee KPIs/KRAs in coordination with management.
- Prepare employee performance reports and scorecards.
- Track targets vs. actual performance.
- Generate monthly performance summaries.




- Highlight underperformance, high performers, pending activities, and critical gaps.
- 4. AI & AutomationUse AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve reporting and data analysis.
- Automate repetitive MIS activities wherever possible.
- Develop automated reporting workflows using Google Apps Script, AI tools, formulas, and integrations.
- Automate dashboard updates, alerts, reminders, data cleaning, and report generation.
- Explore AI-based methods for forecasting, trend analysis, anomaly detection, and management insights.
- 5. Data AnalysisAnalyze business data and identify trends and performance gaps.
- Prepare management summaries and actionable insights.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations.
- Track historical performance and prepare comparative analysis.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
- Good understanding of PMS, KPI and KRA tracking.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Google Apps Script will be an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and AI automation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Computer Applications, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in Data Analyst ,MIS, reporting, data analysis, or operations reporting.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Google Sheets Dashboard + PMS + AI Automation will be preferred.
