Position: HR cum Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to handle both Human Resources and Social Media Management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations while also building and maintaining the company’s social media presence. This is a hybrid role that requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions:

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle – job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, and performance reviews
- Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes

Social Media Functions:

- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter)
- Manage community engagement – reply to comments, messages, and build brand presence
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
- Develop content calendars aligned with brand guidelines and business goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign support and employer branding initiatives




- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice online

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (HR, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and/or social media management
- Positive working knowledge of HR processes and popular social media platforms
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and manage dual responsibilities efficiently
