Job Description: Public Relations Officer (PRO) for a Diagnostic Centre in Wakad

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Officer (PRO) to represent our diagnostic centre in the Wakad area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening professional relationships with local medical practitioners—specifically Gynaecologists and Urologists—to drive patient referrals and promote our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

- Doctor Outreach & Relationship Management: Regularly visit clinics and hospitals to meet Gynaecologists, Urologists, and other healthcare professionals in the Wakad and surrounding Pune areas.
- Service Promotion: Effectively pitch and present the diagnostic centre’s services, advanced modalities, and specialized health packages to medical professionals.
- Networking:



Establish a strong local medical network and act as the primary point of contact between the doctors and the diagnostic centre.
- Feedback & Coordination: Gather regular feedback from doctors regarding our services, report any issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly outreach and referral generation targets.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Proven experience in medical/pharma sales or as a PRO for a healthcare/diagnostic facility. Familiarity with the Wakad/Pimpri-Chinchwad medical ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Target Audience Familiarity: Prior network or active familiarity with Gynaecologists and Urologists in the Wakad area.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, a professional demeanor, and a target-oriented mindset.
