Position: Tool & Die Maker / Die Fitter

Experience: 3–8 years

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹34,000 per month

About the Role

Vinayak Mould & Die Systems is looking for experienced Tool & Die Makers / Plastic Injection Mould Fitters who can independently handle mould fitting, assembly, troubleshooting, and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities

* Manufacturing, fitting and assembly of plastic injection moulds

* Die/mould fitting, bench work and finishing

* Reading and understanding 2D drawings and mould designs

* Mould assembly, disassembly and component fitting

* Checking clearances, alignment and dimensions

* Troubleshooting mould fitting and ejection-related issues

* Working with milling, grinding, drilling and other tool-room machines

* Identifying and correcting mould defects during trial

* Maintaining quality and dimensional accuracy

* Coordinating with machinists and other tool-room team members

Required Skills

* Strong practical knowledge of plastic injection moulds





* Valuable knowledge of tool-room practices and fitting

* Ability to read engineering drawings

* Knowledge of mould components, ejector systems, sliders, lifters and inserts

* Good measurement skills using vernier, micrometer and other measuring instruments

* Ability to independently complete mould fitting and assembly work

* Experience in mould trial and troubleshooting will be an advantage

Candidate Profile

* ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Fitter or relevant trade preferred

* 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

* Candidates with strong practical mould-fitting experience will be given preference
